Trying to sell a house while living at a distance, and renting out that house meanwhile, was a stressful situation most of the time and a nightmare some of the time. Then Carol came on the scene.Not only did she sell the house but she also took care of so many things that needed on-the-spot attention while the house was listed, which made the whole process easier. She also advised on what did and didn't need to be done to the house and yard to make a good impression, and always emailed updates about viewings.
